SPICY HUMMUS

SERVES: 4
Total Time: 5 Mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Can chickpeas

  • 1 Fresh Lemon
​​
  • 1 Small Garlic Clove
​​
  • 45ml Tahini
​​
  • 30ml Extra-virgin Olive OiL
​​
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
​​
​​
  • Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine all of the ingredients until you reach a creamy consistency.
     

  2.  If it is too thick you can add a tablespoon of water at time or if you want it to be spicier throw another spoonful of your favourite salsa!
     

  3. Taste for salt and adjust as needed. Serve hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and dash of paprika.

NOTES:

Short on time? Get some hummus in the shops and throw a few spoonfuls of your favorite Garnacha Salsa.
