Pulled Chicken

DIRECTIONS

Heat the slow cooker to low, or heat a sauce pot with a little oil on low heat.

Brown the chicken in batches in a pan then transfer it to the slow cooker or the pot.

Fry some onions in the same pan you cooked the chicken and put into the slow cooker or pot.

Fry some pinapple chunks on the frying pan. Season with salt. Set aside.

Meanwhile, mix your favourite salsa with the juice of 2 oranges and 50ml of pinapple juice from the can.

Tip the blended salsa mix into the slow cooker or pot making sure to cover all ingredients with a little extra water if needed.

Cover and cook until chicken is full cooked.

Enjoy in your taco, burger buns, or on top of rice.
NOTES:
have some extra time? grill your veggies! For a vegan version use vegan yogurt or vegan mayo.
