BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

DIRECTIONS

Pre-Heat oven to 160C/140C fan/gas 3.

Pat dry the Chicken wings with some kitchen roll.

Make the spice mix then coat the chicken wings.

Bake for 30 minutes on a baking tray with a wire rack.

Increase to 180C/160C fan/ gas 5 and cook for another 20 minutes.

While the chicken wings are finishing make the sauce by Combining Garnacha Salsa, Maple Syrup, and Butter in a pot.​​

Put the chicken wings in a big bowl, pour over the sauce, and toss everything around. Now they are ready to eat.
