BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

SERVES: 4
Total Time: 15 Mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 800grams chicken wings

Spice mix (optional)
  • 1 tbsp flour
​​
  • 1 tsp paprika
​​
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
​​
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
​​
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
​​
  • 1 tsp salt
​​
Sauce
​
  • 3 tbsp of Maple Syrup
​​
  • 50 grams of Butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 160C/140C fan/gas 3.
     

  2. Pat dry the Chicken wings with some kitchen roll.
     

  3. Make the spice mix then coat the chicken wings.
     

  4. Bake for 30 minutes on a baking tray with a wire rack.
     

  5. Increase to 180C/160C fan/ gas 5 and cook for another 20 minutes.
     

  6. While the chicken wings are finishing make the sauce by Combining Garnacha Salsa, Maple Syrup, and Butter in a pot.​​
     

  7. Put the chicken wings in a big bowl, pour over the sauce, and toss everything around. Now they are ready to eat.
